This area of ministry began in 1990 in conjunction with Rev. James a graduate from COTR in India. ACTS Mission provides the necessary framework for missional training under the tutelage of very competent nationals. The seminary currently has 176 students and there are 140 children in the respite centre.

Sponsorship for children at risk, students as well as infrastructure greatly assists this ministry in a predominantly Buddhist country that has the sixth lowest GDP of any country in the world. Vocational training is provided through field workers in fellowship centres around the country. The gospel is currently reaching many areas where it has not previously been proclaimed.
